Processing And Cancellation Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2Ā business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.Ā

Shipping Costs

Is delivery free across Australia?
YES, At My Pet Buddy, all the deliveries are free throughout Australia. The price you see on the products is the price you pay at checkout.Ā
Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?Ā
We ship to all parts of Australia except Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands and the Australian Antarctic Territory.Ā
Do you ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, and international addresses?
Yes, we offer delivery to PO Box and parcel Locker addresses. However, if your order is too large for a Parcel Locker, it may be taken to the nearest Post Office or Parcel Collect location for pickup.
Yes, at this stage, we are accepting orders only from Commonwealth Countries, as these countries have duties and taxes similar to Australia's.Ā (Note that any additional government charges and postage will be passed on to the customer for all international orders.)
Can I pick up my order from your store?Ā
Currently, we do not offer a collection option from our warehouse locations. We are an Australian-owned and operated e-commerce online store with a head office in Melbourne, Victoria. We work with suppliers and partners all over Australia.

When will my order arrive?
We process most orders within one business day. Standard delivery time for metro areas is 2 to 4 business days, 3 to 6 business days for country areas, and 4 to 8 business days for rural areas. Express post will take 1 to 2 business days in the express network and slightly longer outside the express zone. What if I am not at home for the delivery?Ā
Usually, the courier leaves a card for you to collect your parcel from the nearest post office; further delivery attempts may be made. It will eventually be returned to our warehouse if it isn't selected.
What if my parcel shows I didn't receive it?

What happens if my package gets lost?
