Returns
At My Pet Buddy, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction. We endeavour to provide a diverse selection of locally and internationally sourced products. If you find any product from My Pet Buddy defective or not meeting your expectations, we will gladly repair or replace it or provide a refund.
Our Policy lasts 30 days. If you receive your item and are not satisfied with it, you are entitled to a refund, no questions asked. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are not applicable if you have received your order, changed your mind, or purchased by mistake.
Products that have been personalized, such as engraved identification tags, cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.
Refunds are only available if your product is not as described, broken or never arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging (if possible) via Australia Post.

This Policy provides you with benefits in addition to your legal rights, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Refunds ( If Applicable )
Before you return your item, please get in touch via the Contact Us page with the subject line "Refund." You can access this page through our website by clicking the "Contact Us" link in the header.
If your order qualifies for a refund, you must return it via Australia Post. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm that we've received it and inform you about the refund process.
Your refund will be processed upon approval. Within a certain number of days, a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method. Postage costs may vary depending on your location or sent by Express Post.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please get in touch via the contact form.
Exchange (If Applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us via the "Contact Us" form if you need to exchange it for the same item.
